Exiting Demo or Showroom Mode on a Amana Refrigerator
Demo or Showroom mode allows you to try the product and explore various features and options on the appliance without turning on the functionality (i.e., cooling). A dealer can set this up in a store to show how the unit operates. If left in that mode from the store, you must turn it "off" for normal operation.
Setting and removing the Demo Mode will vary by model number. Below, we have highlighted different methods, but refer to the Owner's Manual for specific instructions for your model.

- Hold the TEMPERATURE SETTING button located on the left of the control panel for FOUR seconds.
- Once all lights turn ON for ONE second, cooling will be turned off.

- Turn the temperature indicator dial to the left until it points to OFF ‘0’.
- Cooling will be off once the dial is set to OFF ‘0’.

- Hold the SETTING temperature button for FOUR seconds, located on the left of the control panel.
- Once all lights are illuminated for ONE second, cooling will be turned off.

- Turn the dial to the right until the word OFF is in the center of the dial.
- Cooling will be turned off once the dial is set to the word OFF.

- Hold the TEMP button for THREE seconds, located on the right of the control panel.
- All LEDs will turn on, only the Power Cold LED will remain off.

- Put the setting in the MAX position (coldest).
- Press and hold SW1 (tact switch) for 5 seconds.
- All LEDs are turned on one by one from left to right and then right to left, and the cycle continues.
