Possible Solutions
Was the load properly sorted?
The wash load must be sorted before starting the washer. Mix different-sized items (such as shirts and pants) for a more balanced load.
Is the washer overloaded?
To reduce tangling and twisting, the load items need to tumble freely in the washer. You may need to reduce your load size or reduce your wash time. If washing larger items use a heavy or deep fill wash cycle. Using the correct cycle type for the load being washed will also help reduce tangling.
