Top Load HE Washer is Unbalanced or Overloaded

Do not overload your washer:

• The wash load must be balanced and not tightly packed. A large unbalanced load could result in a reduced spin speed and wet clothes at the end of the cycle.
• Load garments in loose heaps evenly around the basket wall. Load with dry items only. Add only 1 or 2 garments after the washer has started.
• Empty pockets and use garment bags for small items.  Small items can get caught in pump or between basket and tub, which can slow draining.
• If clothing gets out of balance, there will be movement in the basket which will result in noise and vibration. Place the load evenly around the basket.
