Broil Not Working - Electric Range
Possible Solution
Is the oven door open?
Depending on the model, make sure the oven door is closed all the way. The broil element will not come on if the door is open. If the oven door is opened during broiling, the broil element will turn off immediately and return once the door is closed.
Did you set the control for Broil?
Ensure the range is set to the broil setting and the cycle was started.
