Cleaning the Griddle
Possible Solution
To avoid damage to the griddle’s nonstick finish, do not use nonstick cooking sprays. The griddle provides a large surface for cooking meats, pancakes, sandwiches, etc. The drip tray can be located toward the front of the cooktop.
Griddle Cleaning Method:
- Liquid detergent and water: Wipe with a damp cloth or sponge, rinse with clean water, and wipe dry.
- Mild-abrasive cleanser: Rub in the direction of the grain lines with a damp cloth.
