What Dishwashers will the Spin & Load fit in?

The Spin & Load rack should fit traditional standard-size built-in Dishwashers. It was not designed for use with portable dishwashers or dishwasher drawers. 

Why is my door not closing? 

If the door does not close properly after installing the rack, ensure it has been installed correctly. For the door to close correctly, the silverware basket needs to be placed on the right side of the dishwasher. Why are the dishes not getting clean?

If your dishwasher features a Spin & Load Rack, an improperly positioned middle rack can completely halt the cleaning cycle. When an adjustable middle rack is left in its lowest position, it can obstruct the spray arm underneath, preventing it from rotating and cleaning your dishes.

How to Test and Fix the Spray Arm:

1. Load the dishwasher completely with your dishes.

2. Spin the spray arm located directly under the middle rack by hand.

3. Check for clearance. If the arm hits any dishes or the rack itself, either adjust the rack height upward or rearrange your dishes.
